As a caterer I would recommend the Aeneas Building, The Dutch Garden Center or the New Southern Hotel (Gold room). The perfect match will depend on what time of day and setting you are looking for as well as guest count. They are all beautiful in their own way and each one unique. There is also the Crown Winery Vineyard in Humboldt but only a 10 minute drive from north Jackson. Several hotels in Jackson. Probably most popular is the Double Tree. They do a great job of accommodating groups. Make sure your date doesn't coincide with some local major sport event that could inconvenience your group.
