I went with Quality Entertainment and HATED them.. completely mess my whole reception up! My cake I loved!!! Kakes by Judy she is in Kanata She was great to deal with and the cake was so yummy!!!!!! highly suggest her!! Good luck and congrats! p.s. If you don't have a photographer yet , check out blacklambphotography Linda is fantastic!

For cake we went with the Ottawa Cake Lady. The cake was gorgeous and delicious and she is very reasonably priced. She is in Barrhaven. I would highly recommend her.

For the DJ we had PM Event Services. Pat the owner is wonderful to deal with and you get a very personalized service. You get to meet with the DJ and you can upload all your must play and do not play lists as well as dedication songs to their website. It's the way to go in my opinion. There is nothing worse then having a DJ that won't play what you want and you also want to meet them ahead of time. We had a meeting with the owner and the DJ before hand.

She is amazing! I don't know what we would have done without her. As for the cost it depends on the level of service you want. She has many options including "day of planning only" or planning for the entire event.
We were able to relax on the day of our wedding and totally enjoy ourselves and all our guests. If there were any problems we certainly were not aware of them as she handled them all.

I also can recommend a great photographer and flower shop. Photolux did our pictures and they are one of the best in the city. Anthony was a lot of fun and he doesn't just do the typical pictures. We have so many great shots it's hard to choose our favourites. And for flowers we went with Flowers Talk and Elizabeth was so good. She gets really involved and helps you to choose the perfect flowers for your day. She's very creative. And for stationary I cannot say enough about TAGZ.

I like Quality Entertainment for DJ, I think what you need to do is be very specific about the type of crowd, age group and music you like so they can pair you with the appropriate DJ.

She was really reasonably priced (I had cupcakes) and the cake was awesome. My girlfriend used her for her wedding too, her cake is the 4 layer offest tier pink and brown mosaic cake picture on the website.
