We are both from Lafayette and most of our family lives here. I think we could've had a lot better places and food but with the budget I had I believe we did a great job planning.
The oldest church in Tippecanoe county..Very big and beautiful church. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was that there was two aisles...So I walked down one and up the other.
Another very historical and lovely place that is ery photogenic. They did have alot of rules you had to follow as far as liquor and time but I am still glad we had our reception here. Very convenient being right around the corner from the church. We had 75 guests...anything bigger than that the hall would've been too small. We had to get rid of the head table in order to have a dance floor.
Didn't really give us a discount on wedding party and out of town guests but it was just down the street from the church and reception hall.
