We risked the weather for an outdoor ceremony in early October. The leaves hadn't turned to peak just yet, but it was a beautiful day nevertheless. The reception was held at a little chapel nearby to the park, 65 guests enjoyed a delicious meal and lots of dancing! We appreciated having wedding mapper to use since all of our guests traveled from out of state! We are proud to report that we were able to keep our budget under $10,000 for our little DIY wedding in Fairfield County, CT!
I can't say enough nice things about Outdoor Cookers. The food was *outstanding* and the service impeccable! They worked with us to find the perfect menu that fit out budget without skimping on quality. The service staff was incredible and all our guests commented to us how delicious they thought the food was. They truly did an AMAZING job.
Were very helpful in setting up guests. Have a van for shuttling guests, but we had trouble using it (driver got lost, was super late). Hotel is nice, clean, near lots of stores & restaurants.
Small, cozy old chapel tucked into a residential neighborhood. perfect for our small reception! Has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a little grassy area in the back.
Was perfect! We rented the pavillion in case it rained, had the ceremony in the middle of the field. Norwalk Parks & Rec was really easy to work with. Simple and cheap, beautiful for an outdoor wedding!
