Getting married in Gettysburg, in the Fall....or any time is absolutely amazing. The changing trees and apple country are the perfect setting. There are so many hotel accommodations in the surrounding areas and places to have your rehearsal dinner like The Dobbin House. Check with Gettysburg Tours for things to do around the area for your guests. So much historical fun! Perfect location for out of town guests...it's a mini vacation!
Rich is very accommodating, easy to contact, and promotes putting your own touches into your reception. Played our must-plays (including special edition songs for our ceremony) plus his own touches to keep the dance party going all night long! Very reasonably priced!!!!
Ben was the best from the very beginning. He worked with us to give us the most reasonable quote possible. We got TONS of food for FREE to sample! He was wonderful at communication and answering our questions. Ben does the entire cooking on site (and by himself), but you would never know it (we had 180 people at our wedding)! His comfort food was PHENOMENAL, and we had lots of complements on the food. Perfect for barn weddings. He packages leftovers for you to take home..yum! Huge bang for your buck!
We got our chairs from Gettysburg Rentals. They were prompt in their arrival of the chairs, and everything was ready to go! The process of ordering was smooth and the price is right!
This downtown Gettysburg beer store offered to DELIVER our 3 Kegs and cases of beer with a very small (worth it) fee. They even tapped our kegs. We paid a deposit and got the money back in full after returning the kegs the next day. We were doing a self-serve bar. So, having kegs delivered to our wedding site was one less worry and errand!
