Despite the drama of all the planning leading up to the wedding, the day was overall wonderful. It was hot, but we expected that when we picked the end of May. Both the church and reception hall were cool and comfortable throughout the festivities.
Erica was a nightmare to work with. She set up a meeting with us and then because it was raining, left to go tanning instead of actually meet us. We spent a half hour in the rain trying to get someone to open the door or her to answer her phone. I literally watched her write down the information I gave her and then found out that she can't even follow her own notes. Her boss, Michele, is better to work with but my husband and I never had correct information and they did not honor the contract we signed. Not honoring a signed contract is not legal, fyi. Despite making us pay to reserve the space on Friday night to decorate, they double booked us so that by the time I could decorate the space, my friends and fill were either gone or too stressed to be much help. I could go on. It was awful to work with them. Do not choose quail crossing. It's not worth the stress. I'd give them no stars if I could.
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delishious. My husband and I and our guests were very happy with Home 2.
