Gary was super nice, super prompt with all his responses and just very helpful. Rentals came on time, which made a stressful day a little less stressful. =)

Rooms were clean, location was great. They gave us a decent price but screwed up a few reservations - and didn't throw in anything for us despite us bringing them a ton of business. I guess that's all you can ask for at a Courtyard. Oh, the restaurant downstairs (Napa & Co) has a great breakfast though. See if you can negotiate that they include that for the price - they wouldn't for us and we didn't realize that it was not part of the deal until AFTER we'd negotiated.

The location was so gorgeous! We did the ceremony outdoors by the lake. And then a cocktail hour on the lawn in front of Bendel Mansion, amidst the beautiful sculpture collection. And finally, the dinner reception indoors. Our guests enjoyed visiting the otters & other animals, and also fell in love with the place.

Beer is decent, the people are nice, and the food is solid too. It's not usually TOO busy, so we opted to meet people in the bar area instead of shelling out extra money for their private room. Glad that we did, because by the time we showed up at 10pm on a Sunday, we had the entire establishment to ourselves!
