Debra Winter is a very talented cake maker. She was very easy to work with and responsive to our ideas and vision. Our cake was delivered to the reception venue and looked gorgeous. Oh, and it was totally delicious! Highly recommend.

Divine Destiny Rentals in Oxford was a great place to get beautiful pew bows and decorations for the church. Very easy to work with and accomodating, great prices. Highly recommend!

Accent Floral did beautiful work on my bouquets. Need to be firm with them on your budget. My flowers were almost $200 more than I said my budget was and there is not much you can do the day before the wedding when you pick them up and get the bill. If you are having flowers ordered in, make sure you look at some samples well in advance to ensure they are what you had in mind. One kind of flower I had ordered turned out to be a different color than I thought I was getting. Also, don't bother calling because they are too busy to talk on the phone. The owner is lovely to work with but get a firm agreement on price and go over every aspect of your bouquet to ensure you get exactly what you want, if its important to you.

Melinda Richter is a fabulous hair artist! Also got my nails and toes done in record time the morning of my wedding.

On the square in Jacksonville, got my dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxedos. Great service. Only problem is that a couple of the tuxedos did not fit well and had the hems come out. If possible, check your tuxedos early to get problems fixed in time for wedding.

Excellent choice to keep our wedding party and guests close to the church and reception venue. Great service, rooms clean.

Although we had many good experiences dining at this restaurant previously, the reception was almost a complete blunder. Do not do business with them without a contract. The food was fine, but their agreement to keep our alcohol budget at $500 was not kept. We ended up paying over $1000 more than agreed because they did not inform us of our alcohol tab, as previously agreed. Also, many of the staff were new hires and were picking up half full drinks from tables. There was another party on the same floor using our bar which we did not agree to. The other party was a frat party and people were smoking in the building. They threw out all of the leftover food when it was agreed we would be taking it home. Some of our table decorations were not returned to us. Seemingly easy to work with leading up to, but you need a solid written contract and probably your own onsite coordinator to ensure your wishes our carried out. We were very suprised and disappointed that this happened to us. Would not recommend and unfortunately will not be eating there anymore.
