First of all the place is beautiful, if that is all that matters then you would be happy if you would rent this place for any venue.
Customer Service = 0. Up front we were told many empty promises. We were told that we would be able to get in the facilities plenty early to set up prior to the guests arriving. When we brought our staff down to do a walk through for set up she said that we would not be able to get in early as the contract stated the times. The contract did state the times, but we would have not signed the contract if they would not have said (verbally) that we could get in earlier than the contract states.
While I did hear that no overnight parking is in the contract most guests do not read the contract and no signs are posted that state no overnight parking. We did have guests that did not feel comfortable to drive home (my opinion that is responsible to make that decision not to drive). When we arrived the next day to pick up the vehicle the gates were locked with no way to get the vehicle. When we called to get them to unlock the gates we were told that we were irresponsible and disrepectful to St. Anthony's for leaving a vehicle overnight and that if they came to unlock the gate they would need a check for $25 for gas money. I hope the $25 they received for gas money was worth it, because they just lost $5000 from that recently engaged couple that wanted to use the venue until they encountered their car being locked up.
I would not recommend this place to anybody, unless you have a lot of money to hire a wedding planner and do not need to personally deal with St. Anthony's Staff.
