If you have an extra $1000 in your budget, by all means spend it on a Photo Booth. You will have a photo strip of each couple pasted in an album where they can write their wishes, and they get a strip to take home as a favor of the wedding. Completely adorable!!!!
Our cake was both gorgeous and delicious. The price includes a server, who knows how to cut a wedding cake properly.
Hannah and Shawn Brown were fabulous - tremendously fun to work with and excellent photographers. They were not the most expensive we interviewed, but they were perfect for our wedding.
Robin's work is similar to that of Two Fishes Artistry, without the unreasonable minimums. She is very talented and flexible, and came to our house for a trial run and day-of for just the bride.
As nice as any place on 30-A, and large enough to accomodate 175-200 guests. Adequate space for the band and dance floor, delicious food. Outside terrace is nice if it's not 100 degrees. Parking is convenient, and a lot of our guests could walk to and from their lodgings in Gulf Place. Remember to ask them not to place a tip jar on the bar, since you will be paying 22% service already!
I only downgraded to 4 stars because of the expense of having the wedding in the chapel. It was absolutely beautiful and special, but wow did it cost more than most other venues, plus you are obligated to have 12 cottage rentals if you book the chapel. We were sweating those!
