Our wedding was really perfect; we did not have any major issues, particularly due to the great professionals with whom we worked. Having a wedding in Central Jersey is going to be expensive, but we feel that we got the best rates possible and the best vendors. We could not have been happier!
Photography was one of the most important aspects of our wedding, and working with Carla was an amazing experience. She is a knowledgeable and friendly professional who is reasonably priced and produces wonderful work. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone getting married or having babies!
Our coordinator, Karen, was perfect. The night went so smoothly due to her organization and communication with us. The food was delicious (and so much of it!) and THE most reasonably priced location in the area.
We were incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. We booked a block rate of $109 to include a shuttle to and from the reception, and many of our guests were offered a lower price ($99) when they called to book, without being told the lower price did not include the shuttle. Our contact woman, Lisa, was incredibly rude and unhelpful when we called her to explain the situation and find the solution. Finally, we spoke with an assistant manager at the hotel (Gary), who actually was helpful to us. However, the hotel only runs two shuttles, one at 10:15 and one at 11:00. Only four people got on the 10:15 shuttle, and they did not have enough room on the 11:00, so me and my new husband, our parents, and the bridal party had to wait outside the reception site for the shuttle to return...and were charged an additional $240 for the twenty minute run.
