Best red velvet cake in town! We tried several places (Simma's, Aggies, and others) and not only was theirs the best by miles, they were slightly less money too. Service was great! We also ordered key lime bars and tarts that our guests raved about! Several people have asked us where the desserts were from. Highly recommend!
Wonderful photographer. Not only did I end up with fantastic and artisitc photos, I also have the copywrite to print them as I choose. Skip loves phtography and it is evident in his work. My guests commented on how nice and fun he was. His prices are more than competitive too! Skip took engagement photos, bridal photos, and wedding photos. I have had multiple compliments on them, including compliments from other professional photographers. I will deffinately use his talents again in the future when I need some family photos or have another special event!
Nice, clean, and accomidating. The room was large enough for my hairdresser to be able to come and set up there and all the bridesmaids could be there without stepping all over each other. The pool was VERY overchlorinated and burned your eyes just being in the work out room next door to it. They did charge me twice for the use of the van service, but were quick and apologetic when asked to correct it. My guests did love staying there although even with a wedding party 'discount' they are still a bit pricey at $109 at night.
Beautiful sanctuary, wonderful priest (Father Paul). The place to have Croatian weddings! The hall has a built in bar and kitchen. Becuase it is not a corporate venue you have a lot more flexibility and can have carry ins of food and alcohol. The only real down side is it cannot accomidate more than 200 people, and has a basketball hoop that cannot be removed near the door to the hall.
