Crystal and Andrew's Wedding
This was the best day of my life! I couldnt have asked for anything better! I will never forget the memories that were made this weekend in Lincoln. The weather in August was perfect. Because of the savings I received at the Apothecary on my food and beverage costs, I was able to go on an 8 day honeymoon in Mexico! I strongly suggest looking into the Apothecary as an option for your reception and/or rehearsal dinner. There are even overnight accommodations available!
P.S. Wedding Mapper was the BEST! It made directions to my ceremony and reception a breeze. And I had tons of compliments regarding the parking map for the Haymarket. None of my out of town guests had any problems finding parking for my reception. I definitely recommend this tool to anyone!

I honestly feel that the Apothecary Lofts and Ridnour Room reception venues located inside the Apothecary Building are the best that Lincoln has to offer. These are absolutely gorgeous spaces and perfect for the couples who want a elegant, 1st-Class reception but also are trying to work within an economical budget. The facilities at the Apothecary allow you to bring in your own caterer and even your own alcohol. Just having the control over these two items ended up saving us THOUSANDS! My caterer was amazing and charged under $10.00 per plate and we hosted the bar all night long for $1,000.00. If you want to impress your guests, the Apothecary is the place to be!

I didn't actually stay at the Holiday Inn...but my guests did. From what I heard, it was an overall nice place to stay. The negative comments I heard were that for the price, there should have been a free continental breakfast and as a guest of the hotel, many were not pleased to have to pay $7.00 per day for the parking garage (which isn't even able to accommodate enough vehicles for the hotel's room capacity).
