Our wedding was perfect! It was everything we imagined PLUS more. Our venue was the most expensive but the cheapest we could find. I was not pleased with the service we were provided with by the Coordinator up to the wedding. I felt like I was just a number to them, I was the one who had to stay on top of them and remind them of things I wanted, ask when I needed to provide them with certain information regarding the wedding. However, it was the perfect place to have our wedding. My husband and I did not want our guests having to drive from place to place since we had so many coming in from out of town. Both the Chapel and Reception hall were all within the same place. My florist was the best, of course she was my mom, but she did everything herself. Had we gone with another florist it would have cost us up to $5,000-$6,000. But since we purchased the flowers on our own and purchased everything else at wholesale cost we walked away spending only $1,000. The hotel we reserved a book of rooms at, The Renaissance Hotel in Richardson, was absolutely the best. Everyone was so friendly and so willing to help make our day go so smooth. They took care of our guests platinum style and even provided our guests a shuttle to and from the wedding. We were able to walk away from the wedding not spending over our means. We were very happy with our wedding and would not have changed a thing! The Wedding Mapper was great and all the guests found it very helpful, I printed out maps as well as sent electronically.
My mother is a Manager at one of the Market Street locations in McKinney. I had a mixture of Calla Lily's, white and pink roses. Everything looked amazing and we had so many compliments.
Me and my husband were very happy with the layout of the venue, it was exactly what we wanted which was an all inclusive venue. Meaning that the chapel and reception were at one place. The management was the worst, not a lot of communication between the Wedding Coordinator and Bride. I had to follow-up and make sure we were on track, I had to ask when they needed information from me. I will say they did a good job the day of the wedding but up to the wedding very little communication. I felt like all the venue cared about was getting their money, I felt like I was just a number.

The best customer service I've ever received at a hotel. They were very accommodating to the guests and provided platinum service. I've used this hotel before for work Sales Meetings and have never been disappointed. Pricing is very reasonable, the lowest of 6 hotels I looked into.
