We provided the Sheraton with 90 nights of business over our wedding weekend. The staff was extremely unhelpful and unaccommodating. They refused to open up more rooms in our block before the cutoff date, every other day I had to make a phone call to them about this. It was promised to us in our contract that rooms would automatically open up as they filled up, but this was not the case. Many of our guests were told that they were out of rooms in the block, so they would have to pay full price. And this was BEFORE the cutoff date supplied to us by the Sheraton. I was very disappointed in their service, I would not reccommend this vendor.
