We've never met Leah in person. We've only interacted with her via email. But when we got to the reception, the hotel coordinator spoke very highly of her. He praised her so much that he said he was going to use her for other events. The decorations were great and the prices were very reasonable.

Lilly contacted me immediately after I inquired about one of her auctions on eBay. This led to a purchase and several consecutive emails regarding the customization of favor tags. She's great to work with, polite and speedy correspondence, and probably the best eBay experience I've ever had.
