Placing our order was a breeze. Paying and picking it up was a little harder since I was trying to do it from a distance (they wouldn't let me pay over the phone since they couldn't verify my age - understandable). Everything was in perfect condition - the order was entirely correct. Returning unopened/undamaged wine bottles was no problem at all and the staff was polite and helpful.
