The wedding was beautiful and overall the day went very well. I am very glad that I used the vendors I did. Five points did a wonderful job of creating a nice space, Chef's Catering did a wonderful job with the food. Indispensable DJ's did a good job with the entertainment, and Greg Clemons from Clemons photography took some beautiful photos of the day. It was the beautiful wedding I always dreamed of.
This is the caterer which we used. The food is good, and the price is reasonable. Also, he really made the food look beautiful as well as delicious. The only problem is the owner is very busy and can sometimes be hard to get in contact with.
This is the church which my husband and I attend. It is a wonderful church, the people are friendly, and the pastors are friendly, approachable and funny. There are also two beautiful places to get married in the church, the faith chapel which can hold about 115 people and the sanctuary which can hold 750 people. However, if you are not a member or regular attender they may not be willing to do your wedding.
We had our reception in one of the banquet rooms here. It is a multipurpose building, so there are different things going on in different areas, but I thought the banquet room looked great the day of our wedding, and they were very accommodating of all of our needs. They were able to make certain suggestions, they arranged a wine tasting so that my husband and I could decide which wine we wanted to offer, and they were even willing to set up the escort cards and guest book for the reception. I highly recommend them to anyone planning on getting married in Washington.
Everyone in the wedding party that did not live nearby stayed in this hotel, and everyone seemed very happy with the hotel.
No one in the wedding party stayed here, but my husband and I stayed there for a company Christmas party once, it is a beautiful hotel and the rooms are very nice, but I think it's probably pretty pricey.
