Several of our wedding guests booked this hotel only to find that they were not given the rooms they were promised, MONTHS in advance (king bed vs 2 full size beds, etc.). On top of that, there were hundreds of teenagers running up and down the halls and playing in the elevators. We called the front desk, but nothing was done about it.
Guests LOVED the rooms (nicely appointed and food was great).
We were upset at the fact that they messed up a few reservations and asked me to ask some of my guests to switch hotels because of THEIR mistake? In addition, a couple of other wedding guests' reservations were "cancelled". I wonder if they asked the other non-wedding party guests to leave and switch hotels? Doubt it. They did "partially" make up for it, in the end, but I would print out a reservation and bring it with me if I booked this B&B.
