Such an awesome company to work with! They had several options to choose from. The tuxes we picked looked awesome on everyone.
The Savvi staff were very helpful and willing to mix and match according to our wedding colors and level of formality. They were very reasonably priced and the guys looked great in their tuxes.
Their selection of tuxes, vests, ties, etc was great. Customer service was excellent. Before our wedding, my husband had to rent a tux from another place for a wedding he stood up in, but it came in with broken buttons. Savvi was the only tux store still open that night, so we went there for help, and they let him borrow a set of buttons for free since he was a "future" customer on their books. How nice is that! These people were very accommodating and strove to meet all our needs.
We were using the store in the White Marsh Mall, until one day we went in to talk to them and there was a wall where their store use to be. It turns out, they moved to a strip mall and we were never told, even though we had already reserved tuxes with them. All our attendants/guests were from out of town, so the guys had to mail in their money and sizes, which the new store could not find. Eventually it all worked out, but that was the only pre-wedding issue we had to deal with, and we weren't happy about it. Once the wedding came, however, they were wonderful about making the tuxes the right size, fixing problems with them, and even giving my husband a pair of white dress socks to match his tux at the last minute, since he didn't have any. The "older" woman that works at the store in Perry Hall is absolutely wonderful at her job!
Other than saying "Yes", the tux process was probably the easiest thing about our wedding. The appointment was quick and painless, they answered all my questions and we were in and out in an hour. They even had a website that we could track which groomsmen had been in for measurements. The guys looked awesome and the whole process went very smoothly.
