Jay and Karen really came through. Jay has a gift for the art of fine cuisine, and we were lucky to find him so far out of town. There were some very Minor problems, but nothing that should not be expected for a big event. The food was excellent, I wanted the food to play a central role at the reception, and everyone was talking about it. It was a job well done.
