Hotel Marlowe

Beautiful rooms and common areas, great location to our venue. For the price I expected better service. There were some issues when family called reservations. Their sales staff was great and very helpful in working through those. Also once there I had several issues getting through to room service and getting call backs. We were getting ready in our room so it was a little frustrating at times when we needed to order folks lunch and couldn't get through to anyone. It's a great property but there is some customer service to work out.
