The facility is sufficient and the options are endless. The quarterly open houses are fun and informative. The owner is unbearable, made her employees cry, yelled at me, blamed her mistakes on her employees and me. Told us embarrassing and personal information about her employees. she ordered wrong table cloths and refused to make it right and told me to quit being so petty. She was the worst part of planning a wedding. Her employees said she is like this with every bride. She refuses to be wrong about anything. After the fact, we know of another couple who had a similar experience. I would have rather paid a little more (it was just under $5K) and dealt with a more pleasant person. I even opted to cancel the reception all together than deal with the owner one more time. So she sent someone else in her place.
