The updated rooms are wonderful. I would not, however, recommend the Presidential or Carey Grant Suites. They are both run down. The window ended up leaking due to rain in one room and the air-conditioning broke in the other room. However, they were extremely professional in handling both events, and we were not charged for the stay.
