Lindley Scott House was absolutely beautiful and they are very accomodating on the day of the wedding. It's so nice you get the whole place to yourself. Food is amazing and I've had many people say it's the best wedding food they have ever had.
Only drawback is that it's a very mom and pop venue. The owner Diane has no email...yes no email. All communication must be done by phone or snail mail. Her fax machine is broken. The day of coordinator for the venue Leo is terrific.
A beautiful location; loved being able to have the ceremony + reception at the same place. Only downside during the ceremony was that loud airplanes were flying overhead and a fire truck was driving by, but there's nothing they could do about that. The wedding coordinator for the day-of seemed rather unenthused and didn't even know our names when we first met him at the rehearsal. The pastor's cordless mic was off for the first half of the ceremony, which peeves me to no end, so make sure they do a sound test before they start your wedding. All that being said, the gazebo area really is beautiful for a wedding, and the reception room is gorgeous as well (it will hold ~170 people comfortably). The grounds are also beautiful, so you can just take all of your pictures on-site, too. The price was reasonable for what was included, and for such a beautiful and convenient location.
