Conveniently located 45 minutes from the metro Des Moines area and 90 minutes from Omaha, Lake Panorama Resort and Conference Center offers a vibrant and welcoming backdrop for your wedding activities. Our banquet facilities can easily accommodate 350 guests, and on-site lodging is available for up to 200 guests, based on availability. We have an on-site restaurant and bar, and the staff is well-versed in serving many weddings, banquets, and receptions each year.

Our banquet room is easily transformed to your preference, from formal to shabby chic. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, or your own decorator. We also provide a list of local decorators that we are experienced working with. We also have an inventory items you can rent, including chair covers.

Our staff is long on service and short on rules. We have several menu options for you to consider, and we are happy to discuss incorporating family or ethnic recipies into your menu. Our catering team can also work with you on your wedding cake, and ice sculptures, too.

When not celebrating your wedding, guests can opt for on campus activities like golf, tennis, basket ball, and pickle ball. If activities aren't their thing, you might find them relaxing at the beach or poolside with a cold beverage and snack.

Locally, there are many activities to choose from. Grab a coffee, and roam the streets enjoying the quaint shops in nearby Panora and Guthrie Center. The resort is just minutes from the Raccoon River Trail, when of the best bike trails in western Iowa.
