The facility hosts lovely outdoor creekside ceremonies and cocktails (complete with covered locations for inclement weather), followed by receptions, for intimate to very large gatherings, at the Moondance Pavilion or the artistically rustic Wedding Barn. The celebration is topped off with a late night After Party at the "Roadhouse."

Full Moon's on-premises catering menus offer a full range of possibilities – hot buffet breakfasts and lunches in the Café… down-home country barbeques by the creek (campfire included!)…tantalizing hors d’oeuvres under the maple trees on the lawns…and formal gourmet dinners in the pavilion or barn.
