Petro Mansion is located on the waters of Tampa Bay. It is located in St Petersburg, Fl just 2 miles south of the booming city. It is a private estate that sits on the corner with 2 sides being waterfront, 1 side being a city park and 1 neighbor on the last side. It has a 6'wall surrounding the property with a gated driveway. Not only are we a wedding venue we are a 7 bedroom / 7 bath house that can sleep 21 guests comfortably. We have a wine cellar,professional gym with dumbells up to 100lbs and a gameroom that consists of pool table, foosball table and darts. If you want to rent a boat or bring your own we have a dock and 2 boat lifts. We have a 44000 gallon solar heated salt water pool that is 10' deep. Some of our guests have even had the entire pool covered with clear acrylic plexiglass and created a sitting area which then turned into a dance floor afterwards. The blue led pool light illuminates everything giving the sensation of being in a nightclub. So if you are looking for a venue that you can have your special day but also sleep at this is the place!
