Audubon Nature Institute is comprised of Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium, Entergy IMAX Theatre, and Audubon Park and Golf Course.
These museums and parks are dedicated to nature and act as an educational resource, an environmental guardian, and venue for family entertainment. We strive to educate individuals with hands-on interaction and one-of-a-kind learning adventures about the natural world.
Audubon offers a variety of camps, festivals, and events for visitors of all ages. Join us as our bug chefs create delectable protein-filled chocolate "chirp" cookies at Bug Appétit or dress up for Audubon Zoo's largest fundraising event, Whitney Zoo-To-Do!
Individuals can also host their own private parties at one of our locations. From weddings to birthday picnics, Audubon offers a unique venue for all of your events.
The Audubon Tea Room is a gorgeous space which made a perfect setting for our wedding. And the food!! People have been complementing us on the quality and quantity of the food ever since the wedding. We couldn't be happier with our choice! Highly recommended.
LOVE the Audubon Tea Room and LOVE Kathy Arce. She was the biggest help and made every last detail perfect. The food was delicious.
With hurricane Ike looming we made a last minute decision to change from an outdoor to indoor wedding...it still could not have been better.
Everything was simply wonderful...I could not have chosen a better venue. Kathy Arce was an excellent coordinator.
Such a gorgeous ballroom and the courtyard makes it. Bernadette is so nice and makes you feel so comfortable although she can take a while to email or get back to you. It was kind of stressful, but worth it in the end.
