The owners of this store are nice. My husband wanted a ring specially made and no other chain store would even help him. Although his ring came close, it wasn't exactly what he wanted. A week into wearing it and one of the gems were already loose though. The owner was also supposed to give two gems to us in the cost of the ring in case they broke and he still hasn't which is really making us angry. He also promised another 'work' ring to my husband for nothing and he hasn't fullfilled that end of the bargain either. My ring came out perfect and I have no complaints on that end. I would give this store more stars if they didn't leave us with open ended promises.
