It’s making sure with the caterer that dinner is actually ready to be served before your MC announces it’s ready. Knowing to read your crowd by looking for toes tapping at dinner and listening to conversations. Being ready with band-aid's, stain remover or a spare garter for those unexpected "OH NO" moments.
