Samuele was the best wedding coordinator a gal could ask for! He went above and beyond in planning my wedding at Villa Vignamaggio last month. He recommended the best vendors (florist, DJ, string quartet and reception rentals) and acted as a liaison between the vendors and myself throughout the year. I don't speak any Italian, so I wouldn't have been able to do much without Samuele. He coordinated all the vendor bookings and also helped me make travel arrangement from Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast with 25 of my wedding guests. He even met my family and I are the airport when we landed in Florence the week before the wedding to go over final details/timing and make sure we were all set!

My mother and I traveled to Tuscany from the U.S. six months before the wedding to see the venue and meet with some of the vendors. Samuele arranged meetings with the florist, DJ and venue and came to all of them with us to translate and make sure we were happy with everything. He even took us to ten restaurants until we found the perfect rehearsal dinner restaurant! Beyond helpful.

Throughout the whole year of working with Samuele on my wedding, he was always so nice, responsive, and willing to do anything we asked. From finding gold silverware and mason jars in Tuscany to six foot wooden tables for my reception, I was always happily surprised at how resourceful he was at satisfying my odd requests. He even found me gold glitter the night before the wedding! (I forgot mine at home and wanted it for a photo idea). I truly wouldn't have been able to have the wedding of my dreams without you Samuele! Thank you!!
