Hair Elegance by Tara

Hair Elegance by Tara is a new business, but Tara has been doing hair for many years, she used to work at Master Cuts. She did a wonderful job with everyone's hair. She is very reasonably priced and she came to my parents house to do our hair and didn't charge extra for the travel. I was very happy with the way everyone had their hair done.
