Renassiance Esmeralda Resort and Spand

The head chef at this Marriott property was absolutely amazing! We had a very unique request of incorporating two very different ethic backgrounds. I am Swedish-American and my husband is Indian. The chef actually studied both backgrounds and created dishes that represented both. Not only was the food beautifully arranged, it was hands down the best food I have ever eaten at a wedding. A month later, our guests are still telling me that they are craving the food from our wedding.

We had the challenge of putting together our wedding in Indian Wells,CA from Minneapolis, MN. I can say with 100% confidence that our sales/catering manager, Nicola Johnson,at the Renassiance Esmeralda was the key to pulling off an incredible wedding. She is professional, hard-working, and clearly passionate about making any event a success. By my wedding day, me, my husband, our parents, and even some of our out of town guests felt as if she was apart of our family. This may sound a bit insane but we honestly miss her now that we don't have the opportunity to work on the wedding with her. The Renassiance Esmeralda has many gems on staff from the bell stand to sales/catering and they are lucky to have each and everyone of them!
