Jason Norman of Norman Photography is the worst wedding vendor I worked with. We basically paid an $1150 deposit for nothing.

After our engagement photo session with him, we tried to contact him to make suggestions about what we wanted for the wedding. He did not return our calls or emails for weeks. He finally sent an email saying he would get back to us the next week. That never happened. We decided that he was not reliable enough to photograph our wedding after all of that, so we emailed him to say that we were thinking of going with another photographer. Of course he responded in minutes. He said he was sorry we felt that way, but he was keeping our deposit. We asked if he would at least send the CD of the engagement photos, and he said he would mail them the next week. Needless to say, that never happened. HE TOOK OUR MONEY AND RAN!

We contacted the Better Business Bureau and they tried to contact him for weeks, to no avail. They finally closed the case with no response, and put a "black mark" on his BBB profile.

I hope if others use him in the future, that they have a better experience than we did. Customer service is not his strong suit!
