Unlike many of today’s milwaukee photographer’s I didn’t always know that I was going to be doing this. I started as a graphic designer but I was always interested in photography. My life changed after I took one memorable photo. I found myself looking at photos as more of an art form. Therefore, my photography is different. It is real moments, real life.

I am fascinated by photography, in general, but mainly with the camera itself. I am in awe at how this little black box can instantly seize a fraction of a second in time, freezing it forever. It captures a moment that will never ever be again. One of my favorite quotes is, “the camera remembers little things long after we have forgotten everything. – unknown author.

My work has been described as spontaneous and real. I think of it as creative, modern, emotional, and happy. I’m NOT out to create the “flawless traditional portraits. Life isn’t flawless. I am looking to capture those authentic connections. I am not wanting clients that hire me for my camera. I am looking for clients to hire me as a photographer, an artist.
