Palo Santo Restaurant is tucked away on bottom floor of a charming brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The sunny back room seats up to 35 people and is an ideal space for hosting a brunch shower or an intimate rehearsal dinner. The total restaurant capacity is 60. Chef Jacques Gautier's daily changing menu takes inspiration from Latin America and the Caribbean as well as having a heavy focus on local farmer's market ingredients.
