We just don’t out your food into a container and wish you on your way. Our passion for smoking the best cuts of meats, using the time honored tradition of low and slow smoking until perfectly tender is how it’s done here at Memphis Smoke House. Every time.

Each piece of meat is carefully selected, then our own special spice rubs are added over 24 hours before they ever see the smoker. We then tend to them for up to 14 hours, using woods of oak, hickory then finishing them off with a cherry/apple mix to give it that just right smoked flavor. They are slowly smoked in a heat of around 200 degrees, to break down the marbleized fat and turn it into juicy flavor. Then we top it off by giving you the option of adding our secret BBQ sauces we make in small batches to bring home the final flavor profile, that will have your guests so happy they came to your event. Your choice of either our homemade Memphis Bourbon sauce or our Memphis sweet sauce.
