We are a full time, experienced ( 24 years ) on and off site, catering company. Our Owner/ Chef is a graduate of "The Cordon Bleu Program". We have catered several thousand receptions throughout Northern New England since our founding in 1987.We proudly list our menu ideas AND prices on our web site. We looked at several caterers around Bethlehem/Littleton and were not pleased with either the food or the communication we were getting. Then we found Chalet Caterers up in Berlin, NH - a 45 min drive from our venue, but well worth it! Had a great tasting with Lloyd, the chef. This caterer is in the middle of nowhere, but he knows how to cook! And his prices are MUCH LESS than other caterers we had looked at. He lists all his pricing right online, so there are no puzzling "custom wedding menus" that are suddenly twice as expensive. Even with the additional costs of paying for the caterers mileage and an off-site fee, his pricing still came in way below other vendors. Lloyd was great to work with - always very quick to get back to us when we called or emailed. And he really listened to what we wanted, made changes based on feedback we gave him from the tasting. He was flexible with creating our menu - his entrees include dessert and since we were purchasing and serving dessert separately, he gave us a free appetizer instead.
We were looking to work with vendors who give you the time and attention that only a local small business can give, and Chalet Caterers was just that!
