They are a small bakery in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. I never met a cake I didn't like, but these are really fantastic. Superb chocolate (from a chocolate expert!) and a Strawberry Cream Cake, made with a dense,moist, yellow cake, whipped cream and fresh strawberry filling, and white chocolate icing!
