My first and second meetings went very well. Our consultant really seemed to get my vision & each time I felt confident that the bouquets and centerpieces would be exactly what I wanted. A few weeks before the wedding, I had received a call from a different consultant asking a question about the bouquet charms I had dropped off. I didn't think too much of it as I figured my consultant just asked someone else to make the call if she was busy/out for the day. Well the day before the wedding I stopped in to see everything (as my original consultant had suggested) and NOTHING was what I had asked for. My primary flower was to be the hydrangea in both the bouquets and the centerpieces. Not a single hydrangea was put in any of the centerpieces or the bouquets. The worst of it was that I had specifically told my original consultant that I did not want a rose bouquets & I was now looking at an entire ivory rose bouquet. After questioning why my consultant, the consultant I had met with a total of 4 hrs, was not the one putting my arrangements together, I was told that she no longer worked for the company. (and hasn't for a few weeks) Had I been notified when she left the company, I would have gladly sat down with a new consultant to ensure that the order be correct. The fact that no one told me she had left and they just tried wing the order, in my opinion, is just bad business practice. It was the DAY BEFORE the wedding and they were telling me that they did not have enough hydrangeas to redo my flowers. In the end, they did end up adding hydrangeas to the bouquets and put a small piece of hydrangea in the centerpieces (though they were supposed to be mainly hydrangea). However, the stress that this screw up caused was completely avoidable. When planning a wedding you plan all the details to a T and to have one of your vendors be so careless and unreliable definitely sucked.
