Rose did an amazing job recreating my husbands patrol car. It was a 3-D remake and it got rave reviews! My cake was a very simple white, 4-tier cake. It was simple and beautiful. Everything tasted amazing

Rose at Pollman's did a fantastic job with my bride's cake! I wanted something simple and elegant, so she and her team designed a four-tiered buttercream frosted cake with a fondant ribbon to trim each layer. My florist added flowers to each tier and used my toss away bouquet as the topper.
