The room was clean and the service was okay, but many guests had a very hard time booking their rooms many of our guests were told they had to book a minimum of two nights to get a room, and I ended up calling numerous times and booking wedding guests rooms myself, very disappointing!
Clean, economical, convenient location.
They did not mention it, but it became apparent that they need an explicit list of who should receive overnight gift bags. After spending a lot of time and money on them and contacting the front desk MANY times, we were disappointed to see they failed to handout about 10 of the bags.
They did a better job than Holiday Inn at not overbooking- we were able to reserve about 25 rooms for our guests there.
However, some of our guests had problems with their reservations being incorrect.
