I worked with La Chiche for a year to plan my wedding and I have to say that the entire experience was 5 stars. My wedding weekend went without a flaw and my family and I didn't have to worry about one single detail. The wedding was beautiful and I was extremely happy with how the night progressed. I would recommend any bride to work with La Chiche, especially if in the US planning a wedding in Cartagena. Another great thing about working with La Chiche was that she stayed within our budgets and negotiated with the best vendors. Our wedding was unforgettable thanks to her!

Carmen Cecilia “ Chiche” you made our wedding week the best week ever! In retrospect, looking back to September when we first got engaged, we just had a playful thought to have the wedding in Cartagena, Colombia but never in our wildest imaginations thought that our wedding would be as if it belonged straight out of a magazine.

She is not only an amazing person, but well organized , very patient, nothing seems to be a problem for her. There is a solution to every potential problem and I never saw her stressed..one time. Her staff is great as well, Tatiana was incredible!

Thank you Chiche immensely for a well organized weekend, from the smallest details of sandals for the women at the reception to the big details behind the scenes that went unnoticed but resulted in an extravagant finished product.

We will NEVER forget you Chiche and will not only think of you as our Wedding Planner but also as our friend.

Carmen was wonderful. We are a reserved couple with a mind of our own and we like doing things by ourselves. Carmen was very helpful advising us without stepping on our way. Instead she was very helpful taking care of every tiny last minute detail, making sure everything went smooth and working with the providers to make sure they delivered for a spotless ceremony. I found Carmen through this site and her reviews amazed me. Our communication through-out the year of planning was done primarily over the phone, but we did fly into Cartagena to meet with her. She took us to meet the different vendors available and even planned a tasting with Capilla de Mar; needless to say we were very impressed with her.

We arrived in Cartagena 6 days before the wedding and met with Carmen 2 days later to go over every detail of the wedding and the vendor list. The day of the wedding she was at the church when I arrived and stayed until near the end of the party. Our overall experience with her was pleasant and I believe her assistance and experience are a great asset to anyone planning a wedding from far away.

Our best money spent! Chiche exceeded our expectations. Planning a destination wedding can seem like a daunting task but she made it such an enjoyable experience. We had no stress. One of the things we loved about her was her great attitude and calm demeanor.

She has a great team of assistants and she works with the best vendors. When you are one of her brides you are treated very special.

We started out with a larger wedding and two months before our date we realized our wedding had greatly reduced in size. We changed our venue on her recommendation and although we had never seen it we were completely blown away. She has exquiste taste and never tries to push things on you. We trusted her completely and she never disappointed.

Without her help we would not have been able to have such a beautiful and amazing wedding. She took care of everything so we could just sit back and enjoy.

Our guests are still talking about how great and well planned our wedding was. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

There are not enough words to describe what a great job "La Chiche" did. She went above and beyond our expectations. She has amazing vendors and superb taste... everything she does is of the highest quality and our wedding could not have been in better hands. She was involved in organizing the rehearsal dinner, the chiva ride, welcome cocktail, a trip to the islands, our wedding, the welcome bags to name a few.. In addition her staff is wonderful and the day of the wedding you feel like royalty as you always have someone next to you helping you with every little thing. We absolutely loved our wedding and it was thanks to la chiche that everything was flawless on that day. If you pick her as your wedding coordinator you will not regret it!!

We could not have done it without La Chiche, she was very professional, detail orientated and always looked out for our best interests. The vendors she works with are excellent. We planned the wedding from Bermuda and it was the best day ever. She also helped organize events around the wedding. Our friends and family had the trip of a lifetime!

I never write reviews, but la Chiche was so great, I could not hold back. We planned the wedding from the US with her help. It was a 250+ people wedding, so we needed the help. She was professional, extremely honest,competitively priced, replied promptly and has exquisite taste (which is hard to find). Everything went flawlessly and we were extremely happy. I couldn't say enough great things about La Chiche.

There aren't enough words to express our gratitude for everything La Chiche did for us and our wedding. Everything was just PERFECT and it was all thanks to Chiche's great attention to detail, organization and great taste. We planned our wedding long distance from Washington DC and werent able to make it to Cartagena before the wedding and she just made the planning soooo easy and stress free. Thanks to her great dedication, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams and 3 weeks later our guests can't stop talking about how incredible of a time they had at our wedding and in Colombia. None of this would have been possible if it werent for Chiche, we will always be thankful that she helped us plan one of the greatest events in our life.

Without La Chiche we could not have the great perfect wedding week we had. She is more than a WP she is a friend. My husband and I love La Chiche and her staff. La Chiche goes above and beyond good service. La Chiche and her staff focus on not only large details but also the small details that brides sometime forget.

She arranged for us, transportation for 7 days events, a welcome dinner, private island tour, beauty salon for my guests and I, welcome cocktail party, night club after party, SPA morning for 14 girls, wedding day details (decoration, ceremony, photographer, video, cake, Band, DJ, Carnaval, etc) , notary, food tasting, Chiva party, Good bye cocktail party, Good bye dinner. Also, she delivered our wedding presents. We did not have to worry about anything. In all the events, she had people from her staff with us. They were always there for us to solve our last minute issues. She had a solution for everything. My family and guests were so impress with the level of service she offers.

We had a dream wedding and reception thanks to La Chiche. She is extremely attentive, has great taste, and worked extremely hard for our wedding (though ours was small). She helped us to have all the details we wanted, and we have no regrets at all. If we were going to do anything like this again in Cartagena, the first thing I would do is contact La Chiche.

The obvious option for planning your wedding in Cartagena and elsewhere! She demonstrated a lot of experience, great taste and was absolutely reliable, all of which was critical while planning our Miami wedding remotely from Europe. She made the whole wedding planning process a pleasure and the end-result was astonishing!

The best investment we made!!! She made everything happen flawlessly. She was a great planner and trouble shooter for us during our wedding. I cannot say enough about her. You wedding is in great hands with Chiche.
