Think of the kind of wedding picture that you would like to leave for your children. My goal is to capture artistic photographs that reveal what your love and relationship are all about. I want to tell the story of your wedding. Who you are, and why you decided to join lives. 
My photos and stories have the expression or art and the class of documentary journalism. Every special moment can be turned into art when a masterful photographer is behind the camera, capturing your surroundings. 
I am all about unscripted, candid fleeting moments. I AM a photojournalist. I don't offer a photojournalistic style. Everything I do is real and unplanned. I don't interrupt history, I document it.
I am a seasoned photojournalist and Pulitzer Prize finalist. I own and am the principal photographer at Mari Darr~Welch: Modern Photojournalist. I have never worked outside of the photo industry and during my tenor as a photojournalist been published in newspapers, magazines and books all over the world.
