Not great. You have to work to get someone's attention. The after wedding deal is not great and but better then nothing. Be carfeul of tricks that sound good they can cost you more then you planned... e.g. HBC card they mean credit card not points card, the extra discount you have to use that day and you have to use the card, so gift cards and cash that you may have gotten for the wedding you will not be able to use. Customer service very limited.
