I'm torn - they were fun and nice for waxing, regular hair, mani/pedi, but my hair and that of my bridesmaids was HORRIBLE! One bridesmaid came back from them and we really thought she was joking, that she was only half way through. They bring in someone other than the regular guy to do "special event" hair, but they shouldn't because the regular guy is great.
