Tower Grove Park

Where do I start? I got engaged in December of 2012. My wedding was in August of 2013. Directly after being engaged I found the Tower Grove Park location and loved it. I immediately paid the deposit and that is when the disasters started.

First off, NO ONE EVER RETURNS YOUR CALLS. I would call and email and wait weeks for a response. Finally, my cousin got the idea of calling to say she wanted to BOOK a wedding and they called her back instantly. She then stated who she was and they got an attitude.

Then, they told me for the rehearsal I would have to call the ranger to get the power on. (What did I pay for if they cannot even send someone to have the power turned on) Then the coordinators who helped with the rehearsal said she would not be working of Friday night so she could not help. ISNT THAT WHEN REHEARSALS ALWAYS are.

You talked to me !!! I am the person who switched you from the Stupp Center to the Music Stand. We do not do rehearsals at the Music Stand.

We hold rehearsals at the Palm House and Stupp Center until 5:00pm. This is policy!

Electricity is only turned on when we have a booking.

We do not assist with Music Stand weddings. My staff only attends weddings at the Palm House and Stupp Center.

The problems with this place NEVER seemed to stop! I got the horse drawn carriage who I paid for 3 hours with and it stopped after 30 minutes “because it was too hot” and I had to pester and beg for a refund. THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. They even went on to say they were understaffed because of budget cuts. THAT IS NOT THE BRIDES PROBLEM!!!!! CINDY AND ANNETTE were very rude, MEAN women. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

They EVEN left a dead squirrel in the fountain because they had no one to clean it out!

The pictures did turn out well and they park is ABSOLUTLY BEAUITFUL but the staff is T E R R I B L E.
