BBQ Connection

We wanted something different and it was a huge hit! THEY ARE NOT A CATERER - they are championship bar-b-quers! Anyone can do dry beef and rubbery chicken, but slow roasted bar-b-que? The BEST wedding food anyone had ever had. John and team worked their tails off making sure everything went off without a hitch! Professional and hard working, hands down the best food we ever had at a wedding. Huge raves for the salmon app and the beef brisket.
