Kyanna was about 20 min late to start the day off. She was very nice and did a great job on my make up, but I wasn't happy with my hair. I had A LOT of pictures depicting exactly what I wanted, but she just couldn't get it right. I will say...my hair was NOT terrible, it just wasn't what I asked for. She also had her boyfriend calling my hotel room near the end...I guess becaus she was late, but this was NOT appropriate. Kayanna was, however, very accommoding with bridesmaids who wanted their hair done at the last minute.
